In the Goat Barn
Steve Tate of Goat Lady Dairy stopped by the goat barn at Lindale Dairy in Silk Hope, North Carolina. Steve was showing me the new facility. The folks at lindale are providing some of the milk for Goat Lady’s cheese this year as Steve and his family expand their operation. We were a little late. The three females below were part of a set of quintuplets. Their two brothers had already been moved to the buck area on the farm.

A New Season
A new milking season is about to begin for Goat Lady Dairy, and the year’s new kids are beginning to appear. This year the milking duties will be handled by Neill Lindley and the folks at Lindale Organic Dairy near Silk Hope, North Carolina.
