It’s that time of year again. Neighbor Harold Gibson mows hay near my home in Grays Chapel, North Carolina. Harold grows hay for the local horse market.
Neighbors Rick, Greg and Michael Williams of Williams Dairy cut spring silage near my home in Grays Chapel, North Carolina. They are cutting a mixture of wheat and barley, chopping it, and putting it in a large trench silo where the grain will pickle and be used for dairy feed.
