The Bynum General Store (also known as the Harris and Farrell General Store) in Bynum, North Carolina, an old mill town on the Haw River between Pittsboro and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The Bynum mill closed in 1983 (and burned in 2001) and the store which also served as the local post office closed in 2006. Since then it has been used a community center and music venue.
